Looking for a win-win deal

One of the main goals of our business is to find the most suitable partner for any of our portfolio projects to secure its further development towards commercialization. In search for partners we look for companies with the capability of maximizing both the probability of reaching the market and the financial returns for all stakeholders. Hence, a partner’s commitment and shared visions are often more important than size and technical superiority.
We are not necessarily always looking for a traditional out-licensing deal. Sometimes it makes sense to find other risk sharing models and arrangements for the sake of continued value generation within a project. We keep an open mind to any types of deals and partnerships, which aim at maximizing the potential of any of our projects.

Innoventus follows a well-planned and proven strategy for transforming bioscience innovations into successful product launches.
Idea evaluation/project acceptance Innoventus team members review your project proposal to determine if it meets our criteria. If we think we can develop it further, we accept your project
Project agreement Together, we develop an agreement outlining a project development plan (including budget, time-lines and project milestones), and agree terms for future revenue sharing.
Proof of concept This stage involves research and development activities, functional prototypes in technology projects, in vitro and animal studies, and other preclinical trials to generate data proving hypotheses and product concepts.
Product development Strategic partnerships provide resources for lead identification (drug discovery), Phase I and II drug studies, production start-up, regulatory approval, and possibly market incubation or introduction.
Commercialisation The end-phase of the product development cycle may include licensing to industry, sale of IP to industry, sale of intermediate company, or obtaining venture capital to form a new company
